Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
Provide HR consultation within a defined business unit. Provide input in development, implementation, and delivery of HR services. Work closely with frontline leaders on HR services and execution.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide consultation on issues such as employee relations, talent management and development, compensation, employment law, performance management, and labor relations. Seek guidance and support on complex challenges from HR leader, subject matter experts, and program owners.
- Coach frontline leaders on policy implementation, compliance risks, and resolution of employee challenges.
- Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to inform the strategy and initiative development.
- Participate in HR projects. Work cross‑functionally to provide solutions, policies, and programs that meet employee and business needs.
- Invest in personal development by exchanging feedback, developing skills, and following HR trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent education and work experience, required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of related work experience.
- Certification/License: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Broad knowledge of HR laws, theory, and practical application. Demonstrated track record of effective communication, customer orientation, collaboration, adaptability, problem‑solving, inclusion, project management, interpersonal skills and ethical standards.
