Consulting Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management (SAP)

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP supply chain management projects across Material Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Sales Order Management. As a Senior Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, fostering innovation, driving sales motions and delivery excellence for engagements and practice growth. This role will lead SAP implementation teams for RISE and GROW engagements, using SAP best practices and solution sets for the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for SAP transformation implementation, upgrades, and enhancements for Supply Chain within the manufacturing industry.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes, gather requirements, and provide strategic solutions.
• Provide SAP best practices and industry standards as a trusted advisor to clients and within the Supply Chain competency practice.
• Provide subject matter expertise on material management, procurement, inventory management, order-to-cash processes, and logistics execution for various manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, production, and warehouse teams, to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful SAP solution delivery.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure business continuity.
• Troubleshoot SAP system issues, recommend improvements, and implement best practices for system optimization.
• Support pre-sales activities, lead/contribute to proposals and solution demonstrations.
• Maintain a knowledge of the latest SAP advancements, industry trends, and emerging best practices to contribute to practice growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management positions within manufacturing or automotive environment
• 4+ years of experience leading SAP SCM transformation projects
• Consulting experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align operational strategies with corporate goals.
• Strong understanding of procurement, order processing, logistics, manufacturing and inventory management.
• Strong negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Experience in RISE and GROW is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• SAP certification in MM or SD is a plus.
• The salary range for this position is: $190k-$230k
