Role Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content & Brand Strategist to lead our brand storytelling, content planning, and product education initiatives. This role goes beyond copywriting—you will shape how our brand communicates, educates, and connects with customers across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals
- Plan monthly content calendars across social media, website, email, and campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging
2. Copywriting & Creative Direction
- Write high-converting copy for ads, product pages, social media, and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers and marketing team to create engaging content
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate brand presence
3. Product Education & Training
- Develop clear and engaging content explaining product ingredients, benefits, and usage
- Train internal teams, sales staff, and partners on product knowledge
- Simplify skincare science into customer-friendly communication
4. Brand Building
- Define and refine brand positioning and messaging
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand identity and values
- Build a strong emotional connection with the target audience
5. Market & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on beauty, skincare, and content trends
- Analyze competitor content and identify growth opportunities
- Use insights to improve engagement and conversions
6. Performance & Optimization
- Track content performance (engagement, conversions, reach)
- Optimize strategies based on data and insights
- Work closely with marketing to improve ROI on campaigns
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in content, branding, or copywriting (beauty/skincare preferred)
- Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and trends
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute creatively
- Experience in social media, digital marketing, and brand building
- Strong communication and training/presentation skills
