Content & Personal Brand Strategist
Call Of Marketing
Job Description
Type: Full-Time
Salary/Stipend: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month DOE
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time)
Location: Remote (India)
We’re not looking for someone to just create and manage posts.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build personal brands that dominate feeds, shape perception, spark inbound interest, and earn respect in the B2B space.
As our Content & Personal Brand Strategist, you will operate at the intersection of content creation, brand psychology, digital storytelling, and execution. Your words, visuals, and ideas will shape how founders and brands are perceived across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and beyond.
This is not a copy-paste social media job. You’ll be thinking, writing, designing, structuring, and refining ideas so they cut through the noise, get remembered, and position the people and brands you work on as credible, distinctive voices in their space.
If you are serious about building a career in personal branding, content strategy, ghostwriting, and strategic content execution, this role will give you one of the steepest and fastest learning curves you’ll find.
About the Role
This role has two core parts.
Part 1: Founder Personal Brands
You will help build and manage the personal brands of our 3 founders across B2B, marketing, branding, content, and business strategy.
This includes:
- Shaping strong thought leadership content
- Maintaining each founder’s unique tone, voice, and positioning
- Turning raw thoughts, voice notes, conversations, and half-formed ideas into sharp, high-quality content that builds authority over time
Part 2: Client Project – UK Immigration Law Firm
Alongside the founder side, you will also take ownership of one client project in the UK immigration space.
This includes:
- Supporting the firm’s content and marketing ecosystem
- Helping build the immigration lawyer’s professional presence and personal brand
- Creating strong, credible, high-trust content across different formats and platforms
- Supporting website content, SEO/GEO blogs, social content, and short-form video content from idea to publishing
This is not about juggling random tasks. It is about taking ownership, bringing structure, and making sure the work moves forward with clarity and consistency.
What You’ll Actually Do
On the Founder Side
- Ghostwrite and create thought leadership content for 3 founders across B2B, marketing, branding, content, and business strategy
- Design carousels, one-slide graphics, and visual posts that stop the scroll and communicate ideas clearly using Canva Premium
- Own the content engine from idea sourcing to writing, editing, scheduling, and tracking performance
- Work directly with the founders to turn raw thoughts, call transcripts, voice notes, and conversations into finished, strategic content
- Maintain distinct tone, voice, and positioning for each founder without making the content feel generic
- Research narrative angles, hook structures, and content directions that make the founders sharper, more memorable, and more respected in their space
- Help build structured content systems, topic banks, and repeatable content flows instead of relying on random inspiration
On the Client Side
- Support and manage content across the client’s social channels, website content, blogs, and short-form video workflow
- Contribute to content research, idea development, writing, graphics, blog content, and supporting website rebranding content where needed
- Help shape the professional reputation and personal brand presence of the immigration lawyer through strong, thoughtful content and positioning
- Support short-form video content from idea and research to scripting, editing, and publishing
- Work across content formats with consistency, clarity, and brand alignment
- Take ownership of deliverables and help keep the client-side content organised, sharp, and moving forward
You're a fit if you
- Have experience in content creation, branding, and social media marketing
- Write like a strategist, not a copy machine
- Know how to take someone’s raw voice and make it stronger, not more generic
- Understand the difference between real thought leadership and basic social media content
- Have strong narrative taste and can tell what makes a post feel sharp, memorable, and credible
- Have an eye for design and know what makes a carousel or visual post actually work
- Can think in systems, content series, and frameworks, not just isolated posts
- Are organised, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership without constant hand-holding
- Can handle feedback, ambiguity, and high standards without falling apart
- Care about reputation, positioning, and long-term authority, not just vanity metrics
Must-have skills
- Canva Premium with a confident, clean, modern design style
- Strong written English that feels clear, concise, natural, and credible
- Awareness of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X content behaviour and platform nuances
- Understanding of personal branding fundamentals, thought leadership, hooks, and scroll psychology
- Ability to support short-form video content from idea and research to scripting, editing, and publishing
- Ability to turn messy ideas into structured content, themes, and clear deliverables
- Ability to research well, think independently, and bring strong starting ideas to the table
- Comfort using Notion, Google Docs/Sheets, Trello, and AI tools to improve speed and output
- Strong sense of tone, narrative, positioning, and content quality
Bonus – Not Required, but a Strong Signal
- Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives and building thought leadership
- Familiarity with B2B content culture in the UK
- Exposure to content systems, repurposing workflows, and creator operations
- Good research and learning skills, especially in niches that require careful framing and clarity
- Understanding of UK Immigration law or other trust-based industries
What this role is not
- This is not a role for someone who wants to make average content and call it strategy
- This is not for someone who needs to be told every small step
- This is not for someone who wants to post generic “5 tips” content, chase trends without thinking, or fill calendars with shallow engagement bait
We care about quality, positioning, perception, and building brands people actually remember.
Why this role is valuable
- You’ll work closely with founders, shape ideas at source, and get real ownership across both personal branding and live client execution
- You’ll learn how to think beyond posting and start operating at the level of positioning, authority-building, and content systems
- If you have the taste, discipline, and ambition for this, you’ll grow very fast here
