Job Title: E-Learning Content Designer
Location: Noida-HO
What You'll Do:Design and develop interactive e-learning modules based on the content provided by the content writerConvert raw content into visually engaging, easy-to-understand digital learning experiencesCreate SCORM-compliant courses for LMS deploymentUse tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and similar platforms to build modulesWork closely with the L&D and content team to understand learning objectives and design requirementsEnsure all learning modules are user-friendly, interactive, and aligned to business needsIncorporate assessments, quizzes, and interactive elements to improve learner engagementLeverage AI tools (like NotebookLM, Claude, etc.) to enhance design efficiency and creativityContinuously improve designs based on feedback and learner experience
Who We're Looking For:5-7 years of experience in e-learning or content design within an L&D setupPrior experience working with L&D / training teams is a mustStrong understanding of instructional design basics and learner behavior
Must-Have Skills:Hands-on experience in SCORM creationProficiency in Adobe Captivate and Articulate StorylineStrong visual design and content structuring skillsFamiliarity with AI tools like NotebookLM, Claude, or similar toolsAbility to convert static content into engaging digital learningGood communication and collaboration skills
What Success Looks Like:Learning modules are engaging, interactive, and easy to consumeContent is visually appealing and well-structuredCourses run smoothly on LMS without issuesStrong collaboration with content and L&D teamsFaster turnaround time with high-quality output using smart tools (including AI)
