Content Marketing Manager (Staffing/Professional Services) – US Market (India - Remote)

Weare looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This hands-on role will focus on developing content strategies aligned to our target audience and creating content to be utilized in branding and lead generation initiatives to increase Stage 4 Solutions’ brand awareness and capture leads. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and process-driven content marketing professional who is open to learning new skills and tasks. Candidate MUST have experience working for US-based Professional Services/Staffing companies marketing to the US market. This role reports to the VP of Marketing based in the US.

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role, based in India. MUST work in US - EST business hours.

Responsibilities:

Learn Stage 4 Solutions’ services, approach, processes and systems.

Own the content calendar and plan and create high-quality content, including articles, service overview documents, presentations, email campaigns, whitepapers, website content, and social media posts.

Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all channels.

Repurpose content across channels such as turning long-form content into social posts, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.

Analyze content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in content marketing, specifically writing and developing content for US-based Professional Services, Staffing, or Consulting companies marketing to the US market.

Proven experience producing clear and compelling marketing content (work samples will be requested in the interview process)

Experience managing a content calendar and supporting multi-channel content distribution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

MUST have attention to detail, be process-oriented, and have the drive to succeed with a positive attitude.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) required and using CRM and marketing automation systems (Hubspot) and graphic and video creation/design software (Canva, preferred
