Your expertise will aid in maintaining effective communication with clients and securing essential information for quotes. This position is integral for driving efficiency and precision in bid management.
Key Responsibilities: • Intake and process RFQs efficiently • Enter and manage new bids in systems • Handle addendums and scope changes accurately • Maintain organized digital files for sales • Communicate with stakeholders and redirect requests
Requirements: • Minimum High School diploma with 1+ years experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and PDFs • Self-driven and reliable with great initiative • Ability to manage multiple priorities in busy settings
