As a Coordinator, Marketing, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end onboarding of various Marketing tools for our practices while maintaining strong utilization across the network by supporting practice inquiries and tickets. You will also support project deliverables such as creative development, data and analytics reporting, audits, and building CRM campaigns.
This is a hybrid role, requiring four (4) days a week in‑office at our downtown Toronto head office (work from home on Fridays).

The Impact You’ll Have
As a Coordinator, Marketing, you will report into the Director, Patient Engagement & Enablement while directly supporting the Marketing Managers on the team. This role will support the day‑to‑day needs of various Marketing functions, ultimately with the goal of increasing patient lifetime value. The team accomplishes this by influencing key performance indicators such as patient visit frequency, revenue per visit, churn risk, and patient sentiment.
In This Role, You Will
Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for newly acquired and existing practices
- Work independently to manage a portfolio of practice onboards at various stages of completion
- Gather onboarding requirements and data and input into our systems
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and blockers and document accordingly
- Engage with practices to adjust settings that fit their needs
- Quality‑assure prior to going live
- Contribute to strengthening and scaling onboarding efforts
Review and resolve tickets/inquiries from practices and internal stakeholders
- Triage tickets according to type
- Work with the team to resolve tickets
- Communicate and engage with practices and colleagues directly while providing support and solutions
Develop/Edit creative to support practice needs
- Make edits to existing Canva templates (image swaps, colour changes, copy edits)
- Copy‑edit with high attention to grammar, clarity, tonality, and consistency
Support data work in the form of audits and analytics reports
- Pull data from multiple sources and combine for analysis and production (e.g., XLOOKUPS, pivot tables, charts)
- Interpret data for actionable insights
Support project coordination and execution
- Assist with tasks associated to project deliverables while using our project management tool (Asana)
- Provide status updates regularly to the team and project stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or related field – or equivalent relevant experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a Marketing role (or related), with proven history of onboarding, ticket management/resolution, and/or project coordination
- Proficient with technology use and understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Previous experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is an asset

The salary range for this position is $55,000 CAD to $65,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
