Copywriter

Hector AI is a data-driven ads optimization platform enabling brands to scale efficiently across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and emerging commerce platforms. We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to manage and enhance our social media presence through structured, engaging, and performance-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Optimize content (tone, language, messaging) based on target audience behavior
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
• Collaborate with internal and design teams to create content for campaigns, events, hiring, and product updates
• Select appropriate visuals (images/videos) to complement written content
• Ensure timely and consistent updates across all social media channels
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions

Required Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in copywriting and social media content, preferably in ecommerce or digital-first businesses
• Strong understanding of content strategy, design principles, and platform-specific best practices
• Experience in managing teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely execution
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website design is an added advantage
