Corporate Legal Counsel

About the RoleWe are looking for a Corporate Legal Specialist to support legal matters related to corporate transactions and strategic projects. The role will focus on handling legal documentation, reviewing agreements, and supporting projects such as mergers and acquisitions, land acquisition, and financing arrangements. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and revise corporate legal documents, including agreements related to corporate transactions.Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) processes, including legal due diligence and documentation.Assist in share sale and purchase transactions, including preparation and review of Share Purchase Agreements (SPA/CSPA) and related documents.Support legal processes related to land acquisition and property transactions.Review and assist in drafting loan agreements, financing agreements, and commercial contracts.Conduct legal research and risk assessment related to corporate projects and transactions.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties such as law firms, notaries, and regulators.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all legal agreements and transactions.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law.Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate legal practice.Experience in corporate transactions, M&A, land acquisition, or financing agreements is preferred.Strong experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several projects simultaneously.Full WFO, Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
