Corporate Paralegal - Elite CA Firm

Our client, an elite California law firm, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their highly regarded team.

Will provide comprehensive support across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

Conducting legal research; analyzing healthcare enrollment and licensing requirements; interfacing with government agencies; preparing client-ready regulatory and corporate filings; managing approval sequencing for healthcare entities; supporting entity formations and transactions, including M&A; drafting transactional documents; assisting with due diligence; managing transaction execution and closing logistics; maintaining corporate and governance records; tracking key deadlines to ensure compliance; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders; maintaining templates and standard forms; assisting with post-closing matters; accurately recording billable time in accordance with firm policies.

Qualifications

Law firm experience is highly preferred.
