Role: HR Recruiter
Duration – 12 months
Location: Audubon, PA 19403- hybrid - on-site 1-2 days per week

Job Summary:
- HR Consultant - Recruitment Position Description
The HR Consultant - Recruitment provides support for the Human Resources team in all phases of the recruitment cycle to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talent including:
- Managing the full-life cycle recruitment for the whole organization for openings at company.
- Updating Workday with new job requisitions
- Thoroughly reviewing applicant resumes and cover letters for desired experience and skills for company’s open positions
- Conducting initial phone interviews to assess motivations, availability, and communication skills
- Documenting interview feedback in Workday
- Managing a high volume of applicants
- Scheduling candidate meetings and interviews and coordinating travel arrangements
- Filing interview guides & documents – must go to the company campus (King of Prussia area) periodically to file
- Marketing client is open positions on social media using LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed & other industry related job boards
- Maintaining the position description database by creating job codes & synching up Workday with JDXpert
- Creating interview guides
- Responding to general staffing telephone inquiries from prospective and current employees
- Creating postings, ensuring that all positions are posted and removed from the internal and external websites; notifying employees of internal postings
- Tracking correspondence, schedules, and other crucial data on candidates
- Ensuring Workday is maintained with accurate information
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Work as a team to support HR Business Partners, Executive Director HR, Compensation and HRIS employees
- Update the Staffing Report on a weekly basis
- From time to time get involved in creating position descriptions for job postings or promotion cylces
- Support immigration processing – work with outside Counsel to ensure all new employees and existing employees have updated immigration paper
- New employees working on transferring Visas
- Existing employees working on Perm cases and any change to their immigration status
- Knowledge of the I-9 Handbook
Required:
- Associates Degree in HR or equivalent work experience
- At least 10 years of experience with HR Corporate Recruitment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system preferably Workday.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
