Many More! Job DetailsWe are seeking a Business Litigation Associate with several years of experience to join our Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing and analytical skills, and experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.Key Responsibilities Represent clients in a wide range of business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and shareholder issues.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal research and analysis. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar. 3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team. Experience with complex commercial litigation.
Familiarity with Florida state and federal court procedures. Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional development. Why Join Us?
