Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead
• Perform cost variance analysis and support cost reduction efforts
• Support month-end close (inventory, WIP, cost entries)
• Analyze BOMs and routings within the ERP system
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and pricing analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience (aerospace preferred)
• Strong knowledge of standard costing and inventory accounting
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, NetSuite, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
