Job Title: CPD Program Officer
Employment type: Full Time / Fixed term opportunity until 11 June 2027
Remuneration: $91,381.00 + 12% Super + ability to salary package up to $15,900 tax free.
Work arrangements: Flexible work arrangements.
About the role
As our CPD Program Officer, you’ll support our members in meeting their CPD requirements, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with standards. You’ll assist with engagement activities, resolve member enquiries, and liaise with internal teams, GPs, and CPD providers, contributing to team’s process improvements. You will also provide flexible support between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to meet member needs, especially for our WA-based members.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to RACGP members via phone, email, and in person to help them meet their CPD requirements.
- Assist with CPD engagement activities and member-facing events by providing logistical and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records and support CPD Provider and CPD Representative relationships by responding to enquiries and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Contribute to CPD Quality Assurance processes and audits by reviewing and assessing GP activities against program standards.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team, even under pressure.
- Strong problem‑solving, sound judgment, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to identify and implement process improvements.
