Mill-Z is a modern health food brand redefining everyday eating with a strong focus on functional, clean, and purpose-driven nutrition . Known as India’s first activated millet muesli , Mill-Z is built on the philosophy of delivering 100% natural, no-compromise products —free from oils, artificial additives, and shortcuts.
We are not just a breakfast brand—we are building a “Smart Dinner” movement , helping people take control of late-night eating and improve long-term health through simple, effective food choices.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented designer who can translate Mill-Z’s premium and science-backed positioning into visually compelling creatives across digital platforms.
This role is critical in shaping how the brand is perceived—every visual should feel clean, modern, trustworthy, and differentiated from typical FMCG clutter .
Key Responsibilities- Design high-quality creatives for:
- Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Performance marketing (Meta, Google ads)
- Marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart listings)
- Website banners and landing pages
- Create product-focused visuals that highlight authenticity, ingredients, and premium quality
- Develop short-form video creatives / AI-assisted videos for reels and ads
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints (colors, fonts, tone, layout)
- Collaborate closely with the founder on campaign concepts and storytelling
- Bring fresh ideas for content formats, visual hooks, and engagement-driven creatives
- Strong portfolio in D2C / FMCG / health or lifestyle brands
- Expertise in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva (advanced), or similar
- Understanding of performance creatives (what drives clicks & conversions)
- Ability to create minimal, premium, and realistic designs (not overly flashy)
- Basic understanding of video editing / AI creative tools is a plus
- High attention to detail (especially product accuracy, text, packaging visuals)
- Work directly with the founder in building a 0→1 health brand
- Opportunity to define the visual identity of a new category (millet-based smart food)
- High ownership—your creatives will directly impact sales, branding, and growth
- Preferably Bangalore-based (or remote with strong accountability)
- Open to freelance / part-time / full-time based on fit
