About the Role
Mochi Health is on a mission to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone. Paid social creatives are one of the most powerful ways we reach new members. We're looking for a Creative Designer with 3-4 years of experience who thinks in motion, designs for performance, and can show the work.
This role owns ad creative for Meta and TikTok - you'll concept, build, and ship. Impact is immediate.
What You'll Do
- Design high-performing ads for Meta and TikTok - static, motion, and short-form video
- Own production end-to-end - brief to final export, with autonomy
- Animate motion graphics, transitions, and effects using After Effects and Cinema 4D
- Work closely with performance marketing to turn briefs and data into creative that converts
- Iterate fast - test hooks, formats, and copy variations based on what the numbers say
- Use AI tools to move faster and go further creatively
- Stay current on Meta and TikTok formats - experiment before trends go mainstream
Who You Are
- Aware of what works on Meta and TikTok and why
- Ability to clearly and concisely walk through your portfolio: the brief, the creative decisions, the results
- Sharp animation instinct - timing, rhythm, and how motion earns attention
- Willing to move fast, take feedback well, and ship multiple variants without losing quality
Requirements
- 3-4 years producing paid social ads - portfolio must show real work that ran
- Strong in After Effects, Figma, and at least one video editing tool (Premiere, DaVinci, CapCut)
- Strong team collaboration across stakeholders
- Experience with Cinema 4D or equivalent 3D software
- Hands-on with AI creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, ElevenLabs, or similar)
