The role is an integral part of the business. You will be a proactive self-starter with the digital know-how to support business, sales and marketing activity and execution, identifying, analysing & executing new business leads.
You will manage existing services to improve customer satisfaction and aid business growth along with creating various types of content - images, social media posts, reels, landing pages, web pages, testing existing apps, and more.
Graphic designers and video editors are encouraged to apply. Must have experience in Adobe.
The role is based in the following Indian cities, Cochin, Indore, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and offers flexibility for fully remote work.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a creative intern with a pathway to becoming an associate.
Job Description
Creating materials by hand or use technology and creative software suites to generate illustrations, layouts and designs
Designing social media, brochures, billboards, web pages, advertising for a variety of media formats and annual reports
Generating drafts and mockups of proposed designs for the client to review and make revisions as requested
Maintaining client communication from project start to finish
Reviewing final work with clients and make final revisions or deliver the product to the client
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
Researching new markets and identifying potential customers from these areas.
Taking clients requirements and developing detailed business plans to meet Client’s requirements
Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
Meet with clients when needed and perform an initial assessment to understand client’s situation
Collecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (recruiting, promotional campaigns etc.) according to client’s requirements
Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes in order to find implementable solutions
Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
Researching new markets and identifying potential customers from these areas.
Liaise with both new and existing clients to review existing services and advise how this could be improved for mutual benefits
Oversee the management and development of existing sales accounts to maximise service delivery and increase margin through adding value to the existing services, upselling, cross-selling, etc
Ensuring all relevant information is communicated across the business, to the team as well as to the clients
Research on competitors to know what they are doing better than IRS, discuss, and implement new ideas and opportunities to keep IRS above the competition.
Manage, maintain & develop existing sales accounts whilst maximising IRS services to increase margin
Preparing marketing impact and updating reports
CRM maintenance
Producing marketing emails for prospects and clients
Monitoring of brand mentions and potential opportunities across print, social, broadcast and online media.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience in B2B and B2C Sales and marketing
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
