Creative Junior Instructional Designer for Innovative Training Solutions

In this role, your main focus will be to transform complex information and engage learners through various media formats. Partnering with subject matter experts, you will be responsible for creating content, managing the Learning Management System, and ensuring compliance with style guides. Your attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills will help enhance our training programs.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop engaging training content in diverse formats • Support the Learning Management System administration • Collaborate with SMEs on learning needs analysis • Create storyboards and outline training modules • Record engaging voiceovers and manage translations

Requirements: • At least 2 years of relevant instructional design experience • Knowledge of ADDIE or SAM models preferred • Strong writing and editing capabilities • Experience with multimedia content creation tools • Excellent communication and relationship skills
