Location:

La Grande, OR Setting: Critical Access Hospital

• Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts/week

• Assignment Length: 3 6 months

• Start Date: January 5, 2026

• Call: 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month

• EMR: Epic

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $250 $260/hr

• ️ Travel covered Housing provided (cannot bill if housing is accepted)

Case Mix & Skills:

• Ortho, General, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, occasional Endoscopy

• No heads, hearts, or spines

• Must be proficient in OB if taking call

• Required Skills: Spinals, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound-guided procedures (PICC preferred but not required)

Requirements:

• Active Oregon CRNA License

• Board Certified

• DEA preferred

• COVID-19 Vaccine or approved exemption required

• Accepting New Grads
