About the Role
This is an in-office position supporting an established book of B2B clients in partnership with the Outside Sales team. You’ll maintain strong client relationships, stay connected, and ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Daily responsibilities include client communication, follow-ups, and proactive engagement when attention is needed. Priorities can shift quickly, so success comes from organization, good judgment, and knowing when to act independently versus when to collaborate with experienced team members.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in account management or sales support, build meaningful B2B client relationships, and make a tangible impact on customer success.
