Job Description:
A customer service/admin needed at a Phoenix, Arizona wholesale distribution company of sun control products and building supplies. The job includes answering phones, quoting customers, entering orders and administrative functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, office supplies ordering and scanning.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in USA
- Experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right individual
Essential Skills:
- Must be proficient using basic computer functions, (ie: windows, email)
- Outlook, Word, Excel a must and QuickBooks knowledge (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Work independently & well organized
- Team player and professional attitude an ABSOLUTE MUST
- Ability to multitask
- Read, write and communicate in English, attention to detail
- Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Dependable
Physical Requirements:
Ability to pass a drug screen test and background check
Job Functions:
Answer incoming phone calls and monitor email
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Monitor and enter quotes and customer orders
Ordering office supplies, incoming mail
Scanning signed invoices and anything else needed to maintain paperless environment
Accounts receivable – collections and entering customer payments·
Accounts payable - enter bills for product received
New account set-up
Back up personnel in other departments
