Customer Service AdvisorWe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team, delivering a professional and supportive service to customers throughout the conveyancing process.You will handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email, aiming to resolve queries at first point of contact while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Working closely with internal teams, law firms, lenders and estate agents, you'll provide updates, manage case records and support complaint resolution where required.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Previous customer service experience is essential, with conveyancing or property sector knowledge highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging inbound customer enquiries by phone and emailProviding accurate case updates and maintaining detailed recordsLiaising with internal departments and external stakeholdersSupporting complaint handling and escalation processesDelivering excellent customer service within agreed SLAsSalary & BenefitsSalary of £25,280 per annumFull-time, 37.5 hours per week23 days holiday, increasing to 30 days with service"Duvet Day" scheme following probationHybrid working following training, with 1 office day per week minimumWorking HoursThe contract includes flexibility to support operational requirements between 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday, and 10:00 - 14:00 on Saturdays where required.
Standard shift patterns will be 8:30 - 18:00 however candidates will need to be flexible with the other shift patterns and Saturday working.This is a full-time opportunity suited to someone professional, organised and customer-focused who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
