Customer Service Assistant (Call Centre Full Time)

Permanent Location: Agnew Volkswagen Belfast/Skoda, 1 Boucher Road, Belfast, BT1 Salary: £30,000 (OTE) - £37,500 (OTE) Closing date: Are you passionate about delivering the best service for customers at all stages of their sales journey? The ideal person will have/be: Essential: Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a customer service role. Driven to deliver a 5-star customer service.

Possess a full, valid driving licence, aged over 21 years for Insurance purposes. Motivated and ambitious to achieve financial targets. Desirable: Aftersales experience within a franchised dealership.
