* Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer * Take phone and in-person orders accurately and promptly * Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards * Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precision * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods * Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness * Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed * Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude * Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately * Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays * Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Effective multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure * Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues * Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety * Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes * High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)
