Domino's Pizza in Saint Louis is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5421 Chippewa St location. As a vital member of our crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience while interacting with our brand across various touchpoints.

* Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Process cash and credit card transactions with precision * Assist in pizza preparation and other food-related tasks as needed * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment * Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting * Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when necessary * Adhere to company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards

Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions * Positive attitude and friendly demeanor * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Customer service experience is a plus, but not required * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Must be able to pass a criminal background check
