Job Description

Join our team at Domino's Pizza in St. Louis as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 9605 Manchester Rd location.

* Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately * Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes * Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently * Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and empathetically * Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the store's operations

Qualifications

* Positive attitude and friendly demeanor * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Team player with a willingness to support colleagues * Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends * Customer service experience preferred, but not required * Must be able to pass a criminal background check * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
