* Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently * Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications * Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations * Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods * Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the store
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude * Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly * Capability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally * Cash handling experience or ability to learn quickly * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed * Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures * Strong team player with a collaborative mindset * Food preparation experience is a plus, but not required * High school diploma or equivalent preferred
