We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in St Louis, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries * Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently * Provide product information and recommendations to customers * Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Assist with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning * Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required * Contribute to creating a positive customer experience through friendly and professional interactions
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed * Basic computer proficiency for order processing and record-keeping * Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively * Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions * Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) * Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required) * Positive attitude and an easy smile
