Customer Service Representative

Longueuil Toyota is looking for an appointment scheduler for its service department to join its team!

Job Description:Schedule appointments for the service department;Confirm appointments;

• Answer incoming service calls;
• Make outgoing calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.);
• Work closely with the mechanical department team;
• Perform any other related tasks as needed;
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance.

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive mechanical service (an asset).
• Working conditions:
• Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
