Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative supports healthcare providers by answering calls, emails, and voicemails, and resolving questions related to benefits, eligibility, authorizations, and claims. The role focuses on delivering accurate, professional, and courteous service while following company guidelines.
Key Duties:Handle inbound/outbound provider communicationsResearch and resolve issues using multiple systemsEscalate and follow up on unresolved inquiriesMaintain professionalism with all customers and coworkersMeet quality and performance standardsAttend required training sessions
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent18-24 months of call center experience (healthcare preferred)Strong communication, organization, and computer skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Medicare or claims is a plusFlexible scheduling availability
Work Environment: Office-based role with moderate workload and deadlines.
