Your Role at Dollar Tree:

As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards * Merchandising and stocking as needed * Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders * Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register * Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred * Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred * Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required * from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation * Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required * Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required
