Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position requires bilingualism, as our headquarters are located in Ontario. Role and Responsibilities: Receive and process customer requests by phone, email, or in person.
Enter orders into the computer system (in-house system). Provide the required information to customers regarding products or forward requests to the appropriate representatives. Perform various follow-ups with customers and respond to requests from the head office.
Greet customers who come on-site and handle monetary transactions. Perform various administrative tasks as needed. What we offer: Yearly salary starting from $45,000 Schedule from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 40 hours/week. 10 sick days per year. 3 weeks of paid vacation after one year.
Group insurance, group RRSP, and yearly discretionary bonus. We are easily accessible by public transportation. What we are looking for in a candidate: Completed Secondary 5 or a DEP in horticulture (an asset).
Experience in customer service. Ability to maintain a fast work pace during the busy season (spring and summer). Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Functional spoken and written English. Possess a valid work permit in Canada (mandatory)
