Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective customers

- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in phone sales (minimum 2 years)
- Demonstrated ability to close and hit measurable conversion targets
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness

- Ability to work remotely with a professional setup
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up
- Professional and composed when handling unhappy customers
- Experience in moving or home-services sales
