Job Description: Customer Support Executive(Email/Chat)Process: Global Antivirus ClientLocation: JaipurSalary: 3.24 LPA + 36,000 PLIKey Responsibilities:• Handle customer queries via email and chat in a professional manner• Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers• Maintain quality and productivity standards• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelinesEligibility Criteria:• Undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience or Graduate (Fresher/Experienced)• Good written and verbal communication skills• Basic computer knowledgeCompensation:• Monthly CTC: 30,000 (including performance-linked incentives)• Annual CTC: 3.24 LPA + 36,000 PLIWork Details:• 5 days working• Rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)• Rotational week offsAdditional Details:• Process: Email/Chat Support - Global Antivirus Client• Assessment: Writex (Minimum score: 58)
