Required Experience Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable A proven record in upselling products with existing customers Strong negotiation and sales skills Ability to work both as a team and as an individual Ability to work towards office targets and KPI's The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively Strong self-management skills Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team Knowledgeable on MS Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Successful candidates must pass a DBS check as part of the onboarding process #J-18808-Ljbffr
