This isn't just a support role; it’s a consultancy position where you empower small business owners, accountants, and entrepreneurs to master their financial ecosystems. *The Role* As a Fintech Support Specialist, you will guide customers through our cloud-based suite of products via telephone and digital channels. You will: * *Consult & Troubleshoot:* Act as a "Trusted Advisor," translating complex financial software features into simple, actionable solutions. * *Drive Financial Clarity:* Help users manage their accounts, payroll, and taxes with precision. * *Identify Growth:* Use your commercial awareness to suggest tools and upgrades that help our clients’ businesses thrive. *Are You the Perfect Fit?* We are looking for candidates who bring a *Fintech Mindset* to the table: * *The Problem Solver:* You don’t just follow a script. You enjoy digging into "the why" behind a technical glitch or a financial discrepancy. * *Numeracy & Data Literacy:* You are comfortable discussing budgets and business workflows.
