Property Manager | Client Success Focus (no experience needed) Location: Baltimore (Federal Hill) Compensation: $85K total compensation (Year 1) Schedule: In-office 5x/week We’re working with a growing property management firm that’s building something special—and they’re looking for a Property Manager who can own relationships, stay organized across multiple properties, and deliver a great experience for both tenants and property owners. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage a portfolio while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. What You’ll Be Doing: • Manage a portfolio of ~50 residential properties across your assigned region • Handle tenant communication, issue resolution, and general property oversight • Schedule and conduct property inspections (1–2x per year per property) • File rent court documentation on a monthly basis • Act as the primary point of contact for 15–20 property owners • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness • Ensure a smooth experience for both tenants and clients across all touchpoints What They’re Looking For: • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solver mindset with a focus on client satisfaction Why This Role Stands Out: • $85K total compensation in Year 1 • Clear path for career growth as the company continues to expand • High visibility role working directly with ownership and clients
