I am looking for an individual who is experience with working closely with clients from a research/insight background. Our client are looking to fill a Customer Success role where you will play a pivotal part in being the face of the business for these clients. Clients will be from the food and drink sector so anyone with experience working in insight and especially FMCG should be a good fit for this role.
The role Own key client relationships as main point of contact Onboard and train new users on platforms and tools Deliver reports, dashboards and light insight support Handle client queries and provide ongoing support Track usage data to improve engagement and retention Work closely with sales on renewals, upsell and growth Support pitches, trials and client meetings/events #J-18808-Ljbffr
