Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing fintech and property services organisation. This role is central to ensuring customers have a smooth, supportive experience throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing account management. You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them navigate services, resolve issues, and achieve successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Manage and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring a positive end-to-end experience Support customers through onboarding, guiding them clearly through processes and requirements Act as the main point of contact for queries, concerns, and issue resolution Proactively identify potential challenges and provide timely solutions Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and product) to improve customer outcomes Monitor customer satisfaction and retention, taking action to improve engagement Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience in fintech, property, or financial services is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools Understanding of tenant referencing, rental processes, or credit services Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret customer metrics #J-18808-Ljbffr
