Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-6

Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client‑facing roles
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or technology environments preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability in problem‑solving, organization, and prioritization
- Comfortable navigating a fast‑paced startup environment
- Interest in AI, automation, and financial technology solutions
Key Job Functions
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with finance and operations stakeholders
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and product adoption
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively resolve challenges
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales teams
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience
- Contribute to building scalable customer success strategies and processes
