Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Location: On-site – Wappingers Falls, NY Training & Work Schedule This position begins with an on-site training schedule of 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM , Monday through Friday, for approximately 90 days . After completing training, the role transitions into the team schedule of 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM , Monday through Friday (35 hours/week). We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist – Tier 1. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a structured office environment, and is looking to build a strong foundation in business operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing or interested in Business Administration, offering hands-on experience in areas such as customer support, scheduling, documentation, workflow management, and office coordination. You will serve as the first line of support for our customers, providing exceptional service while developing skills that can lead to future advancement in operations, project management, or client services. Serve as the initial point of contact for customer calls and emails, providing friendly and professional support Process customer orders accurately and maintain detailed, organized records Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination to support project timelines Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for internal teams and customers Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, building skills relevant to business administration Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting, tracking, and coordination activities Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in healthcare, medical device, or technical support environments Familiarity with scheduling or project coordination tools Interest in Business Administration, office operations, or organizational management Coursework, internship experience, or foundational knowledge related to business, operations, or office administration Build practical skills that align directly with Business Administration pathways, gaining experience in customer communication, task coordination, office operations, and process organization. Meaningful Work: Support healthcare training that improves patient safety and clinical outcomes nationwide. This is a Contract position based out of Wappingers Falls, NY.
