Location : Bangalore (Bellandur)Job Type : Full-timeExperience : 1 - 2.5 yrs in inbound & outbound Responsibilities Answering calls and mails to guide customers about Livspace design services andproducts for end-to-end home design projects as per the SLA and TAT. Assistingcustomers while they shop online; guiding them on the best design products for theirhomes. Keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, recordingdetails of complaints, comments, and inquiries.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate action has been taken oncustomer requests and complaints Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departmentsfor further investigation and clarification Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up emails, and schedule appointments Feedback calls to customers Perform other duties as assigned Key Requirements Great written and verbal communication skills Good listener with active problem solving skills Good interpersonal and analytical skills Quick learner and open to learning new channels or processes Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability. Knowledge of social media platforms E-commerce experience is a bonus Multitasker with flexibility to work in different work roles. Basic knowledge about home interior design and products would be an addedadvantage.
Prior experience of working with CRM tools such as Freshdesk would be an addedadvantage.
