Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join an international project. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Leicester (and nearby cities), Derby, Nottingham, or Birmingham, United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, or social media platforms Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying customer complaints and offering effective solutions Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient issue resolution Requirements: English proficiency – B2 level or higher Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written) Strong attention to detail, resilience, and ability to multitask Confident Excel skills; experience with customer support tools and reporting systems is a plus What We Offer: Full-time, fully remote position Learning & development opportunities, including knowledge sharing, career consultations, and personalized growth plans Salary: £700 per month Shift Information: 11-hour shifts 1-hour break included Rotating shifts (working hours may vary) If you are ready to work in an international environment, we’d love to hear from you.
