Job tasks:

• Chat, call & email customers
• Help people with cool tech: vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair tools & more
• Solve simple tech issues (dont worry — full training included!)
• Handle warranties, repairs & replacements
• Recommend products that fit customers needs
• Deliver top-level customer experience

Job requirements:

• Fluent Dutch + good English
• Basic tech curiosity & problem-solving skills
• Friendly, calm & solution-oriented attitude
• Customer support experience is a plus — not a must!
