Koch Cyber Security is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst (DLP_InTP) to join our global Cyber Security team. In this role, you will help protect the enterprise by analyzing and investigating insider threat incidents, optimizing security tools, and strengthening our overall security posture. Our Team
The Cyber Security Analyst (DLP_InTP) will be part of the global Cyber Security team, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and cross‑functional teams. The team is responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to insider threat risks while ensuring effective Data Loss Prevention controls are in place to protect critical business information.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, investigate, and escalate insider threat alerts and incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution.Collaborate with teammates and customers to remediate incidents and share insights to strengthen the insider threat program.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance tools and processes, including alert tuning, preventive controls, and playbook updates.Assess potential risk impact and likelihood by analyzing user behavior patterns, historical data, and contextual indicators.Configure, manage, and optimize the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tool to meet evolving business requirements.Partner with tool vendors to stay current on new releases, capabilities, and support options; provide feedback and evaluate vendor performance.Success Measures
Insider threat alerts and incidents are investigated and resolved within defined SLAs.DLP rules and policies are effectively configured and continuously improved.Risks are accurately identified and assessed based on behavioral analysis and data-driven insights.Collaboration with stakeholders results in stronger prevention and response capabilities.The insider threat program demonstrates continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
