Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Sales Leads to drive company’s Cybersecurity business across the India market. The role involves owning customer relationships, generating new opportunities, and positioning company as a trusted cybersecurity partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity solutions and services sales, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets. mandatory Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent and MBA Experience: 15 years in IT, with at least 8 years in Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or Managed Services (MSSP/MDR) sales would be preferred, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Networking and stakeholder management: Established relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, and security decision-makers in India. Has partnered with engineering, delivery, and presales, and solution teams to create winning proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with cyber solutions such as SOC, SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, GRC, and OT Security and/or ability to understand and articulate cloud security, threat monitoring, and network/application security principles. Sales Leadership: Proven track record of overseeing forecasting, tracking deal statuses, managing large deal closures, building long-term customer relationships for renewals and upselling to meet sales targets. Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, executive-level communication and stakeholder and client relationship management skills. Good-to-Have Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC) SN Responsibility, Deliverables of / Expectations from the Role 1 Sales Leadership: Drive cybersecurity sales strategy in the assigned region/industry verticals for company Cybersecurity portfolio, including Managed Security Services, SOC, Red Teaming, Compliance, OT Security, and Cloud Security.
Recruit; train, mentor, and evaluate CS sales specialist and set and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the team. 2 Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CISOs, and senior IT stakeholders to position company as their strategic cybersecurity partner. Lead high-stakes negotiations, structure commercial terms, and close high-value managed service contracts (e.g., MDR, SOC, VAPT) 3 Partner Ecosystem Leverage: Collaborate with leading cybersecurity OEMs and alliance partners to create joint GTM strategies. 4 Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to create customized value propositions 5 Go-To-Market Strategy Formulation & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel. Collaboratively work with delivery, presales, and solution teams to create winning proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs
