Data Analyst and Coordination Executive

Looking for someone who can support with data research, database preparation, outreach coordination, follow-ups, and basic analysis for an upcoming initiative.

This will be a part-time or project-based role for the next 2 to 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Research and prepare structured databases
• Collect and organize relevant information from different sources
• Maintain clean trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
• Identify the right people or organizations to connect with
• Send professional messages and emails when required
• Follow up in a timely and organized manner
• Coordinate calls and meetings
• Prepare weekly progress reports
• Analyze collected data and share simple insights
• Support planning and coordination of upcoming activities

Eligibility:

• Good research skills
• To organize data properly
• Good written communication skills
• To follow up professionally
• Who can work independently

Prior experience in data analysis, research, coordination, outreach, business development, or admin support will be an added advantage.

Someone based in India is preferred.
