We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team and contribute to impactful data-driven decision-making. Roles & Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for complex analytics requests and custom reporting needs.

Lead documentation of data models, business logic, and system relationships. Mentor junior analysts and establish quality standards across analytics deliverables. Partner with cross-functional teams, including BetterUp Analytics, to resolve technical issues.

Design and implement AI-assisted analytical workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. Conduct monthly calibration sessions and quality reviews to ensure consistency and excellence. Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations.

Ensure timely delivery of high-priority analytical requests. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 years of experience in Data Analytics or a related field. Expertise in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms .

Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling . Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (Vitally) . Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert complex data into clear insights.

Proven experience in mentoring or leading analysts. Exposure to AI-assisted analytics workflows is a plus. Success Metrics Quality and accuracy of complex analyses and custom reports.

Effectiveness of documentation and knowledge-sharing practices. Impact of mentorship on junior analyst growth and performance. Timeliness and responsiveness for high-priority deliverables.
