Data Analyst Level 2 (W2 only)

Duration: (Contract to Hire)

Pay Rate: $65/hr-$80/hr on W2 (DOE)

Join our analytics team as a Mid-Level Data Analyst, where you'll transform complex datasets into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions and drive business impact.

• Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives for executives, business partners, and technical teams.
• Present multiple solution options with clear risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
• Standardize data processes and improve quality through cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for large, complex datasets.
• Experience with statistical modeling (regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, causal inference).
• Strong EDA skills to identify business drivers.
• Power BI expertise for dashboards and visualizations.
• Problem-solving mindset with proven business impact.
